Built from old wood, wrapped in clay plaster, immersed in warm, natural colors. Light peeks in from morning till evening, filling the interiors with peace and warmth.
Two-level, with an area of 60 m², it is a space where time slows down, and each day flows at its own rhythm. On the ground floor, a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa awaits, adjacent to a functional kitchenette. A bathroom with a shower completes the sense of peace and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped: a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, cordless kettle, and coffee machine, as well as necessary dishes and small cooking accessories.
In the attic, there is one room with a double bed (with the possibility of separating into two single beds) and two single beds, and a quiet reading nook. These are spaces for rest, sleep, and quiet contemplation.
The house is surrounded by two large terraces — south and east-facing, equipped with garden furniture.
Mornings here are greeted with soft light, afternoons lazily flow amidst the greenery, and evenings are enveloped in silence and peace.
This is a place where you can truly stop for a moment, breathe, and feel the harmony of the day. The house is heated, bright, and cozy – created for rest, being, and returning to what is natural.
